Responsibility
- Craft and serve a diverse range of classic and innovative cocktails, mocktails, wines, and spirits with consistency and flair.
- Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, recommending beverages and ensuring a memorable bar experience.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Accurately process payments, manage cash registers, and close out bar tabs responsibly.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new drink recipes, seasonal menus, and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize waste through efficient pouring and stock rotation.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-volume, luxury hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Exceptional knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
- Proven ability to create innovative and appealing drink recipes.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Strong command of English, both verbal and written; additional language skills (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Valid hospitality-related certifications and a keen understanding of hygiene standards.
