Responsibility

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and campaigns to attract high-value clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact to event execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catering, decor) to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, events, or luxury service industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport with high-net-worth clients and industry partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
