Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets for events, weddings, and corporate bookings.
  • Identify and engage high-potential clients, including luxury travel agencies, corporate planners, and international MICE organizers.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations, F&B, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of events from inquiry to delivery.
  • Maintain a CRM database to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions for data-driven decision-making.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, networking events, and familiarization trips to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or corporate sales, preferably in a luxury or international setting.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Deep understanding of Bali’s event market, including venues, vendors, and client expectations.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
