Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Coordinate end-to-end compliance processes, including documentation, audits, and reporting.
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, compliance status, and client feedback.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute insights and recommendations for business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
