Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company’s client base in the digital payment and banking sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering customized digital payment solutions.
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align solutions with client requirements and business objectives.
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies and client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Represent Hitachi Digital Payment Solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the fintech, digital banking, or payment solutions industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of digital payment technologies, banking systems, and regulatory frameworks in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of Indonesian or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required to meet client needs and attend industry events.
