Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Create and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs and market demands.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure favorable terms and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and client deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand professional connections and brand visibility.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
