Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics.
- Represent UangMe at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and business landscape is a plus.
