  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing strategies tailored to local and international audiences.
  • Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, and customer feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in Bali’s dynamic business landscape.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing sales and marketing culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event management, preferably in face-to-face or direct marketing roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities to captivate diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
  • Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
