Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact roadshows, pop-up events, and experiential marketing campaigns in Bali’s key commercial and tourist hotspots.
- Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, delivering compelling product demonstrations and sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative marketing strategies tailored to local and international audiences.
- Track and report on KPIs, sales performance, and customer feedback to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in Bali’s dynamic business landscape.
- Train and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing sales and marketing culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or event management, preferably in face-to-face or direct marketing roles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities to captivate diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
