Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to increase Yamaha’s market share in Bali, including Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and dealer network expansion.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, events, and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
- Coordinate product launches and localized marketing initiatives tailored to Bali’s unique market demands.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on marketing performance and strategic adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (S1 Teknik Industri) or a related field (Marketing, Business Administration preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data interpretation and market research tools.
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, email campaigns) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s regional market dynamics and consumer behavior is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
