Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives for GAC Motor’s EV models, highlighting key features, benefits, and technological advancements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling, understanding individual needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for EV units and related services.
- Stay updated on EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and GAC Motor’s product portfolio to deliver accurate and compelling information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote EV awareness through events, social media, and in-dealership campaigns.
- Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services to ensure a seamless purchase experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with exposure to electric vehicles or premium brands.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to explain EV specifications, charging solutions, and sustainability benefits.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service excellence and relationship building.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for test drives).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
