Responsibility
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and technology of GAC Motor’s electric vehicles, including performance, range, charging solutions, and sustainability advantages.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the superior driving experience of EVs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized consultations to match their needs with the right EV model.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for electric vehicles and related services.
- Stay updated on the latest EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives for electric vehicles in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in EV promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs in Bali.
- Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with exposure to electric vehicles or premium brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Passion for sustainability and clean energy, with a genuine interest in promoting electric vehicles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Familiarity with EV technology, charging infrastructure, and local regulations related to electric vehicles in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
