Responsibility

  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and technology of GAC Motor’s electric vehicles, including performance, range, charging solutions, and sustainability advantages.
  • Conduct test drives and product demonstrations to showcase the superior driving experience of EVs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized consultations to match their needs with the right EV model.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for electric vehicles and related services.
  • Stay updated on the latest EV industry trends, competitor offerings, and government incentives for electric vehicles in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in EV promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs in Bali.
  • Assist customers with financing options, trade-ins, and after-sales services to ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with exposure to electric vehicles or premium brands.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
  • Passion for sustainability and clean energy, with a genuine interest in promoting electric vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with EV technology, charging infrastructure, and local regulations related to electric vehicles in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
