As a key player in our international growth, you will oversee all EU market sales activities, identify emerging opportunities, and ensure our team consistently exceeds targets. Your leadership will be instrumental in acquiring high-value clients, optimizing sales processes, and positioning Sunton Power as a trusted partner in the European clean energy market.

Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets in the EU market.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand Sunton Power’s footprint across key European markets.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential clients, including distributors, EPC contractors, and commercial end-users.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Represent Sunton Power at industry events, trade shows, and virtual conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role targeting the EU market.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the renewable energy, solar, or related industries.
  • Deep understanding of the European solar energy market, including key players, regulations, and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing a distributed team across time zones.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving the adoption of clean energy solutions.
