Responsibility

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
