This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱16,000 – ₱20,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Responsibility
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
