Responsibility
- Strategic Advisory: Consult with enterprise clients to identify skills gaps and recommend EdTech solutions that align with business objectives.
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders, from initial engagement to contract renewal.
- Solution Design: Customize training programs (e.g., coding, data analytics, digital marketing) to address specific workforce challenges.
- ROI Analysis: Measure and present the impact of upskilling initiatives using KPIs like productivity gains, retention rates, and cost savings.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of EdTech trends, competitor offerings, and emerging skills to position Vertical Institute as a thought leader.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (product, marketing, sales) to refine solutions and improve client satisfaction.
- Proposal & Pitch Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to secure new partnerships.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client insights to inform product roadmaps and enhance Vertical Institute’s corporate offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 3+ years in corporate sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or workforce transformation.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of corporate learning, upskilling, or digital transformation trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers in large organizations.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to assess training needs and demonstrate program effectiveness.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with a track record of working independently in remote or hybrid settings.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LMS platforms, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
