In this pivotal role, you will oversee sales operations across key areas in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your expertise in ethical pharmaceuticals will be instrumental in achieving sales targets, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and delivering exceptional service to healthcare professionals.

Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for ethical pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Bali region, focusing on hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the ethical pharmaceutical sector.
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for sales team members to enhance productivity and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches tailored to the Bali market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A pharmacy background is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ethical pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of ethical pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region and occasionally to other areas as required.
