Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospital staff) in the assigned territory.
- Promote and present Combipharâs ethical pharmaceutical products to potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned products.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, monitor competition, and identify new business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including clinical data and usage guidelines, to healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, or a related field. A background in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representatives, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of ethical pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and industry regulations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Bali region (Cangcu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) and possess a valid driverâs license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
