Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate ESG, Supply Chain, and Facilities projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies to reduce carbon footprint and improve resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to streamline supply chain processes and enhance compliance.
- Monitor and report on project milestones, KPIs, and budget adherence using data-driven methodologies.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure project buy-in and transparency.
- Support the integration of new technologies and best practices in facilities management and logistics.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including progress reports, compliance audits, and post-project reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, ESG, or supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or LEED are a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
