Responsibility
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Provide technical support to staff and guests, resolving IT-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage IT security protocols, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade IT systems, including POS, PMS, and communication tools.
- Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data.
- Train staff on IT best practices and new software applications to enhance productivity.
- Oversee vendor relationships for IT services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve guest and operational experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networking (LAN/WAN), and cybersecurity principles.
- Experience with hospitality IT systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros POS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
