Responsibility

  • Provide front-line IT support to users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
  • Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new software and hardware.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems.
