Responsibility
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Epicor ERP systems, including software bugs, configuration errors, and integration failures.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise applications, network systems, and related hardware.
- Document all technical issues, solutions, and escalations in a structured knowledge base for future reference.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and customer success teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
- Configure and customize ERP modules to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Conduct system health checks, performance tuning, and proactive maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Train end-users and internal teams on ERP best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and new feature rollouts.
- Stay updated with the latest Epicor product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies in ERP.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP support, preferably with Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, database management, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, network protocols, and cloud-based ERP deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to issue resolution.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow), and Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to liaise with global teams and clients.
- Certifications in Epicor ERP, Microsoft Azure, or AWS are a plus.
