Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on ERP systems to ensure smooth adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ERP solutions.
- Configure and customize ERP modules to meet specific business needs and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve ERP-related issues and ensure system stability.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, recommending improvements and upgrades as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or similar role, with hands-on experience in ERP implementations.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their functional modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support end-users effectively.
