Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Document maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and recommend equipment upgrades.
- Train junior technicians on equipment handling and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO, OSHA) and company policies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Equipment Technician in manufacturing/logistics.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and using diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
