Responsibility
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on F&B equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in equipment such as coffee machines, refrigeration units, and cooking appliances.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the proper use and care of F&B equipment.
- Source and manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in F&B equipment technology and recommend upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies related to equipment safety and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with F&B equipment such as coffee machines, refrigeration systems, and cooking appliances.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English to interact with team members and vendors.
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Bali as required.
- Certification in equipment maintenance or safety standards is a plus.
