Responsibility
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and records for all equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in engineering technology and recommend upgrades to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Equipment Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
