Responsibility
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, and local regulations.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the investigation of incidents, near-misses, and accidents, documenting findings and proposing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safety awareness through training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of EHS-related activities, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning, including drills, evacuation procedures, and first-aid response coordination.
- Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives, such as waste management, energy conservation, and pollution prevention programs.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on EHS performance metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001, or local Indonesian standards) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and safety management systems is advantageous.
- Passion for workplace safety, environmental sustainability, and continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
