Frabelle Foods is seeking a dedicated and proactive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Officer to join our team in South Caloocan. Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive OSH programs in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Lead and document thorough incident investigations, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Execute risk assessment initiatives and coordinate the implementation of preventive measures across all departments.
- Facilitate safety training programs, drills, and workshops to enhance awareness among staff and management.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, records, and reports required for governmental and internal audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an EHS or safety-related role, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH standards, DOLE regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence staff at all levels.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and developing emergency response protocols.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage documentation and reporting accurately.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on incident prevention.
