Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Organize and deliver EHS training programs for employees at all levels, promoting a safety-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, including incident reports, inspections, and training logs.
- Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into operational processes and projects.
- Monitor environmental impact (e.g., waste management, emissions) and recommend sustainable practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in EHS coordination, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors.
- Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent EHS credentials is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian EHS regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in EHS software, incident reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving safety challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
