Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels according to technical schematics and industry standards.
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks on manufactured panels to ensure compliance with safety and performance specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical or mechanical issues under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work orders, test results, and inventory for traceability and reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to workplace safety protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of electrical panels at client sites (local travel may be required).
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills in electrical systems, PLCs, and automation.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the workshop to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and control systems.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, multimeters, and basic test equipment is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and follow step-by-step instructions.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for team collaboration.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg) and work in standing positions for extended periods.
