Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Support the preparation of cost estimates, procurement documents, and tender submissions.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for project-related challenges.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project status to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management concepts, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project), and project management software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
