Responsibility
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Dry Etch, Clean, CVD, and Deposition processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
- Monitor process performance, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance yield and efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot process issues and propose solutions.
- Conduct DOE (Design of Experiments) to evaluate process parameters and their impact on product quality.
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.
- Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and qualification to ensure operational readiness.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align process development with business and technical goals.
- Stay updated on emerging semiconductor technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in semiconductor process engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong foundation in chemistry, physics, and process control principles.
- Familiarity with Dry Etch, CVD, PVD, or Clean processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, JMP, Python) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia (Badung region).
