Our client, a well-established player in the electrical manufacturing industry, offers a stable work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule (8:15 AM – 5:15 PM). As a Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in optimizing production workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for LV switchgear and controlgear production.
- Monitor and analyze production workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production staff.
- Support the introduction of new technologies or methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity analysis to streamline operations.
- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations or defects and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – no prior work experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided).
