Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain and update logistics records, documentation, and tracking systems with high accuracy.
- Support the preparation of shipment schedules, routes, and delivery timelines to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, with proactive problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics processes and reduce operational costs.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, including key metrics like delivery times, costs, and inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
