Responsibility
- Assist clients in understanding loan products, terms, and application processes with clarity and professionalism.
- Conduct initial client consultations to gather financial information and assess eligibility for various loan programs.
- Process loan applications efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with underwriters and senior loan officers to facilitate smooth approval processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending policies, interest rates, and financial market trends.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Prepare and present loan proposals, explaining terms and conditions transparently to clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions, applications, and documentation.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts or a willingness to learn quickly.
