Responsibility
- Assist senior relationship managers in managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct financial analysis and market research to identify investment opportunities and present recommendations to clients.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and financial proposals with accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., compliance, operations, product specialists) to facilitate seamless client transactions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively address client inquiries or concerns.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by gathering documentation, conducting KYC checks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and new financial products to provide informed advice.
- Participate in client meetings and networking events to build trust and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A CFP, CFA, or FRM certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles.
- Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., equities, bonds, structured products, alternative investments).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
- Proficient in financial modeling, portfolio analysis, and using tools like Bloomberg, Reuters, or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in private banking (e.g., AML, KYC, Basel III).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
