Responsibility
- Process mortgage applications efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and lenders to gather necessary information and updates.
- Submit applications to lending institutions and follow up on progress to meet deadlines.
- Maintain compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and review financial documents, including income verification, credit reports, and property valuations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Track application statuses and update internal systems with real-time progress.
- Assist in preparing loan approval packages and coordinating settlement processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage processing, banking, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of mortgage application procedures and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software tools.
