Responsibility
- Develop and implement customized financial strategies for SMEs, including funding solutions, risk management, and growth planning.
- Conduct in-depth market and financial analyses to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with SME clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable business models and operational improvements.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and precision.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and emerging financial technologies to provide cutting-edge advice.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate SMEs on financial best practices and tools.
- Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new consulting opportunities within the SME sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting, financial advisory, or SME banking.
- Proven track record of delivering financial solutions that drive SME growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working with SMEs in Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks, tax laws, and funding options in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, client-centric mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
