Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance standards while delivering service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer feedback scores.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Senior High School Graduate (any course).
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience—full training provided!
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays (if applicable).
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, web browsers).
- Willing to work on-site in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or nearby areas).
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
