Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with banking inquiries, account information, and transaction requests.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer concerns via phone, email, SMS, and online chat.
- Process customer requests such as balance inquiries, fund transfers, bill payments, and card activations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
- Educate customers on BPI’s digital banking platforms, including mobile and online banking features.
- Document all customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system, ensuring detailed and accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Stay updated on banking products, policies, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or banking operations (internships included).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with banking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Canggu, Bali (remote hybrid options may be discussed).
