Responsibility
- Provide bilingual (Spanish-English) customer support via phone, email, and chat for global logistics clients.
- Resolve inquiries related to shipment tracking, documentation, and customs clearance with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Deliver personalized solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and regulatory changes affecting logistics operations.
- Assist in translating and localizing communication materials for Spanish-speaking markets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve service quality and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, call centers, or logistics support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding is a plus.
