Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents related to property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and agreements.
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and legal teams to gather and verify necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records of all property-related files.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines for transaction milestones.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all documentation processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to senior staff, including drafting correspondence and organizing files.
- Monitor transaction progress and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
