Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to client inquiries related to banking and financial services.
- Document customer interactions and updates in CRM systems with precision.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data protection regulations.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
Qualifications
- Open to Senior High School graduates, fresh graduates, or entry-level candidates—no prior BPO experience required.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, web browsers).
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, or holidays.
