Responsibility
- Conduct field surveys and credit assessments for new mobile financing applications
- Develop and maintain relationships with Suzuki dealerships across assigned Bali regions
- Educate customers on financing options and credit requirements
- Verify applicant documentation and perform on-site inspections
- Collaborate with internal teams to process loan applications efficiently
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the automotive finance sector
- Prepare detailed reports on field activities and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of experience as a Surveyor or Credit Officer
- Strong understanding of automotive financing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and mobile banking applications
