Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the companyâs Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups with clients.
- Process and verify Accounts Payable (AP) documents, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and reconcile accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in forecasting to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in AR, AP, or general accounting (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting regulations is an advantage.
