Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target and acquire enterprise clients in the ICT sector.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to customize solutions that address client needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to C-level executives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in ICT, SaaS, or cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales processes with long sales cycles.
- Exceptional prospecting, qualifying, and closing skills with a hunter mentality.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
