Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role for at least 3 years.
- Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
