Responsibility
- Lead and manage the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services, software, and equipment.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and system integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Monitor IT budgets, optimize costs, and ensure ROI on technology investments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a track record of leading IT teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and IT service management (ITSM).
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a bonus.
