Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our enterprise client base in Bali and beyond.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing high-value deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve collective targets.
- Represent Tidal Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or consulting.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
