Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the banking and financial services market, focusing on enterprise-level technology solutions.
  • Identify and engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams in target banks to understand their business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and drive adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, including digital banking, AI, blockchain, and cloud computing, to position Nityo Infotech as a thought leader.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates to ensure transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 3 years selling technology solutions to banking or financial institutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals (IDR 500M+ or equivalent) with financial services clients.
  • Deep understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, digital transformation, and fintech innovations.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting across Bali.
