Responsibility
- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise integration solutions using industry best practices (e.g., SOA, ESB, event-driven architectures).
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of integration platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel, or similar).
- Develop API strategies and governance frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and reusability across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, business analysts) to align integration solutions with business objectives.
- Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and recommending hybrid/multi-cloud integration approaches.
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow maps, and integration standards.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on modern integration patterns and emerging technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, serverless).
- Ensure compliance with security protocols (OAuth, JWT, encryption) and industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, MuleSoft Certified Architect) are a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with a focus on system architecture, API design, and middleware technologies.
- Proven expertise in integration tools (MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, Apache Kafka, TIBCO) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js) and data formats (JSON, XML, REST/SOAP).
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK Stack).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in agile/Scrum environments and managing large-scale integration projects.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
