Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new SME clients (New-To-Bank) through proactive outreach and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME business owners and key decision-makers.
- Promote AmBank's suite of lending and deposit products tailored to SME needs.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments to determine client eligibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new client acquisitions.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position AmBank effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted financial advisor to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SME banking, corporate banking, or relationship management.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SME financial needs and banking products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
